This position will provide customer service to direct and assist the public in utilizing waste and recycling disposal sites; answer questions regarding procedures, fees, recycling, etc., enforce policies and procedures with customers, and provide directions to disposal areas. Provide customer traffic control to ensure safe and effective operations. Maintain worksite in a clean, organized manner; including disposal areas, pick up litter on site as needed.

PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:

Day: 6:30am – 4:30pm

Wage starting at $21.50 with the possibility for pay increases.

General Landscaping - $18/hr - $24/hr DOE

All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring a direct mail specialist for a mail room company here in Bend. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and aptitude for problem-solving, and be customer service oriented.         

Responsibilities:              

Generate accurate and timely billing statements for direct mail print jobs based on project specifications.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist with data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
